The RBP-125+ box and pan brake is a professional manual sheet metal bending machine designed for manufacturing complex profiles, boxes, trays, cassettes, flashings and precisely formed sheet metal components. Its segmented construction makes it possible to perform bending operations that cannot be completed using a conventional roofing brake.

Unlike standard sheet metal folding machines with a continuous clamping beam, the RBP-125+ uses removable and adjustable fingers on all three working beams. This allows the operator to create closed and partially closed profiles, bend raised edges and manufacture components with multiple bends on different sides.

With a working length of 1250 mm and a maximum steel sheet capacity of 0.7 mm, the machine is suitable for roofing work, standing seam components, sheet metal fabrication, KARO-style roof panels, ventilation elements and custom metal products.
